Three Blue Ducks have brought their renowned dining experience to the heart of Bellingen here at The Lodge.
Located within the Lodge grounds, the restaurant is set overlooking 16 acres of manicured gardens and nestled between Bellingen’s rainforest and mid-north coast surf beaches. The restaurant showcases the Ducks’ approach to simple, ethically sourced real food, which the team is famous for.
Chef and owners Darren Robertson and Andy Allen work with local producers and farming regions to source ingredients and produce for the breakfast, lunch, dinner and function menus. The beverage list features a strong list of local NSW wines and beers, and coffee from long-standing Three Blue Ducks partner, Single O.
Darren says: “Sustainability and ethically sourced produce is our primary focus, and this ethos will continue with our menu offering in Bellingen. The area and its surroundings are a melting pot of different flavours, ideas and innovative ways of presenting food, which makes Bello a must-visit location for food lovers.”
