reception hours are 9am – 7pm mon-sat & 9am -630pm sun.

Please note: any non urgent calls may incur a $50 call out fee.

Check-in/out

Check in 2pm / check out 10am please drop your key to reception or in the key drop box outside reception
Early Check In & Late Check Out can be arranged at reception – a fee may apply.

Wifi & Internet

The wifi Is complimentary for your stay.
Please be mindful that being in a rural/remote area, may impact the signal or strength of the wifi connection.

Pool Area & Pool Bar

The Pool Area is open daily 8.30 am – 9.00 pm No BYO alcohol is allowed into the pool or restaurant area as we are a licensed venue.
The pool bar will be open daily for drinks from 12pm IF the pool bar is UNATTENDED please text US on 0457 464 582 and one of our lovely staff will meet you there.

Feeding the Alpacas

You are welcome to feed our resident alpacas. please see reception to pick up some feed and for further instructions.

Taxi Service

Bellingen Taxi’s are available every day, we recommend calling to prebook to avoid wait times for your ride. They will pick you up from reception.
